Landlord electrical certificates are also one of my main areas of expertise, issued when carrying out a Landlord safety inspection.

Electrical Wiring
My wiring service involves thorough testing of existing fixed wiring to ensure that everything is in good working condition. With the introduction of Part P Building Regulation and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, there are many new rules and regulations to comply with to increase the safety of electricity within your home.
With this being the case, I provide all my customers with the relevant paperwork including certificates of inspection and test documents. I am more than happy to advise you on the work required to bring the electrical installation up-to-date.
